About Us
25 Years of Craftsmanship. One Name You Can Trust.
Concord Drywall Repair & Finishing is an owner-operated business built on honest work, fair pricing, and results that speak for themselves.
Our Story
Concord Drywall Repair & Finishing was founded by Monserrate Perez, a Concord-area craftsman who has spent more than 25 years perfecting the art of drywall installation, repair, and finishing. What started as a passion for clean, precise work has grown into one of Contra Costa County's most trusted drywall services.
Monserrate built this business on a simple belief: every homeowner deserves the same quality of work, whether the job is a single nail-pop or a full-room Level 5 skim coat. No job is too small, and no detail is too minor to get right.
Today, Concord Drywall Repair & Finishing serves communities across Contra Costa County — from Concord and Walnut Creek to Lafayette, Danville, San Ramon, and beyond. Every project is handled personally by Monserrate, ensuring consistent quality and direct communication from start to finish.
